Nfl app and Sunday ticket

I had problems all day. I didn't have too many problems with the games not loading. But the menu's were extremely choppy. Anytime I tried to switch games or look something up, it was a task. And the video 85% of the day was choppy.

This NFL app is a big reason I switched from PS4 back to Xbox. But if this crap isn't fixed soon.. I'm selling all my One stuff and going back.

 

Microsoft DROPPED THE BALL on the NFL APP for opening day. Pathetic. All this promo and hype, no Yahoo fantasy, sunday ticket not working. Shame on you MS

 

Very DISAPPOINTED [tag:Microsoft] with your service. This app should have been tested months ago. I spent $230 for the NFL Sunday ticket in which I have to exclusively watch it through my console. Theres no back-up plan, there's no watch it online through
the computer (unless I want to spend another $100.00) . I could buy a PS4 and watch it through that platform as the PSN didnt have a problem.

Over 10 years I've been an Xbox Live subscriber. And this is how I'm treated?

Just spent 1.5 hours with Xbox customer service. We did everything that you can do to a console and then some. I then conference'd called Direct TV in on my Xbox customer service call and Direct TV admitted the problem is now on their end. The Direct TV's
Customer service agent's name was Marcus. He said it was on their end and gave me attitude while saying it.

So there you go...

 

I had NO problems with it. I watch my Falcons game just perfectly fine! Sorry to hear u all did not work. I was using my Xbox One.

Did anyone have success fixing the issue? I have the app loaded but I can't watch video of the game. I only see the live feed of plays when I log into the direcTV sunday ticket section of the NFL app. Hey at least it only costs $229 (sarcasm).

 

I bought the console sunday ticket version. I haven't even been able to log into sunday ticket from the xbox one - "You are experiencing a system error or invalid session. Please try again later". This is the second week in a row.

I'm on AT&T Uverse (25 Mb/s) if that means anything.

 

Agreed. Every week it's something else wrong with Xbox One. Nice way to screw your loyal fan base. And they wonder why they are lagging behind Sony PS4 in sales.

 

I am so angry. Paid $240 for Sunday ticket and the app gives error message 0x8000ffff every time I try to open it. Last week it worked but streaming was terrible and low quality.

 

Just terrible. I can't watch any games at all. I think it's the NFL apps fault and I wish Direct TV would have a stand alone app. I don't think blaming MS is an answer but I hope it's going to be fixed. I paid $230 to watch my team on my xbox one. It does
work on my PS3 but it looks not so good. THe NFL app is terrible. Please fix that app soon

 

Just tried to sign-in to NFL Sunday Ticket via the NFL app and got this:

"THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE"

Another Sunday, another problem.

 

False alarm. It worked on like the 10th try.

 

Its working for me but for the second time in the last two weeks they have the wrong local game blacked out. They are showing Det and GB which is on tv locally but not showing the eagles/redskins. My ipad app has it right.

 

I am STILL not seeing the app. Whats going on????
