Nfl app and ESPN app not working

the nfl app has not worked in 4 days I have uninstalled it reinstalled it and still nothing .I also removed my profile and then readded it still nothing called Microsoft they said it was on the nfls end tried contacting them and no answers yet .also the
ESPN app is down too.any suggestions.

Where is the Yahoo support? New app today is just CBS and NFL, with ESPN being in its own app.

 

Jumpy NFL Network stream through NFL app

My streaming of NFL Network through the NFL app is very jumpy with video and audio going out of sync and sometimes jumping back 2-3 seconds and stuttering out even then. I have no trouble streaming any other video apps and do not understand what the problem
is. All my network is running fine. I have had no trouble with TNF on the twitter app or with MNF through the ESPN app, only trouble with NFL Network TNF through the NFL app. Is there another option or a way to solve this problem?

 

I uninstalled the apps and then after that did a factory reset and saved my game data apps.after the system was back up reinstalled both apps and they worked that should fix it.

 

Hi I'm a community ambassador the way that you can fix this is by uninstalling the apps then doing a hard reset you can do this by holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds hope this helps.

 

I did the factory reset but it only worked for a while once you quit the app and load it it buffers again
