    I've got a console that needs a offline update but previous owner enrolled in insider hub app, when will the next update be available? Or can you remove the console from the insider hub when I can't get to dashboard and it doesn't show on my account? Sam

    No one here can remove the console from the program nor can we know when the next public release is.

    The reset will not remove the console from the insider build.

    Thanks for your help, if I perform a factory reset, does this remove the console from the insider build? Or do I still have to do it manually?

    There are no OSU files available for Insider builds. You have to wait for the public build to catch up with the build that is on the console.
