"Next Gen" not working properly

How come on my series S my games won't open, games won't enter the download queue? And yes I tried powering it off and unplugging it for 30 seconds. And yes I tried resetting the whole entire xbox, but still won't work? This has been going on for about 5 or 6 hours now

Please try clearing your console's cache by following the steps below;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try unplugging your external hard drive (if there's any), restart your console, and then check your games again.

The issue has been going on for 2-4 years now, i think theres a server issue with ubisoft but i can only guess what's causing it

i wonder if that engine is scalable for next gen gaming or will it be limited and they then have to modify the engine to work properly with game on the Xbox 720

This is the number1 reason to own an xboxone in my opinion, it is in everyway next gen good to hear the cloud features function properly

They will work on the next gen consoles, the next gen consoles gonna be backwards compatability.
