Xbox 720 Launch Titles Predictions/Wishlist

Fallout 4, KOTOR3, Half-Life 3, Next Gen Hitman would be amazing, would defo buy a next gen Xbox, but knowing MS the launch titles will be Halo, Forza, Dance Central and a load of Kinect 2.0 rubbish.

 

Hitman is not cancelled

Okay so some click-bait wanting website reported that Hitman for next-gen was cancelled and it freaked out a bunch of fans. So much so, that the devs at Square Enix Europe had to come out and confirm that Hitman would be coming to next-gen consoles and people shouldn't lost their minds. Which is good because I'm really looking forward to seeing how it looks on the Xbox One .

 

I loved Absolution but I can write a page on its problems. Hopefully it's less linear and not force a nonsensical story down our throats.

 

I hope the disguises system will be better thought out. I liked the game, but getting noticed in a disguise a mile away gets a bit frustrating.

 

The Disguise system is fine. If it worked the way people thought, it would be so broke.

 

I know how it worked but it was terrible and poorly done. Most of the time I didn't even bother with the disguises because it was easier not to.

 

I have yet to play a hitman game. One has just been announced as a GwG title so I guess that will be my starting point. There's no story cross over right? I can pick this up and not need to know the originals and the next gen game will follow suit?

 

@Cloudstrife 900 : You don't really need....Really easy to follow,like an Hollywood movie.

 

Absolution was a huge step backwards imo, they need the old formula back which is dropping you into a map where there are heaps of different ways to kill you targets and none of the in-between bits, like when I escape that's it, there isn't a further 'escape
through the alleys' type stuff.

I just love how Silent Assassin, Contacts, and Blood Money worked.

 

Don't really care. Not a single Hitman game has disappointed me yet.

 

Thank Tzar! It's good to know. I was saying to vote in another thread that I avoid coming into a game mid saga if I can help it, due to some games not really exploring the past titles and just dumping you in the middle of a story that makes no sense because
you didn't play the other games. So I am glad to hear that, thank you

 

The story really isn't that big deal in the games Cloud. Honestly, you're better off ignoring what one there is in Absolution.

speaking of the article, it sounds like they over-shot their expectations and tried to appeal to a bigger market and failed. Not surprising all things considering. And people wonder why the industry is in such a mess sometimes.

 

The price is right for 360 (free)...... now lets move it to X1..... the controller quality alone is enough for me (X1 feels 120% better)

 

if you haven't played any others and want to there's a sale on the HD pack, (hitman 2 and contracts (3) ) it's a steal at 4.95 think blood moneys on sale aswell, nabbed the hd for my collection since i only had em on my pc
