Next gen headsets

I want a next gen headset but dont know much about it.

I want a wired turtle beach head set so I think the xo4 are best but there wireless and im not sure about that.

My x12s on my 360 are 2 years old and about to give out will the xo4 be compatible with the 360?

also whats the audio adapter? Will I have to buy that separate or will it be included?

Wish I didn't have to break out 100$ for a headset (entry level might I add) but the headset in the box is awful. Can't hear anything hardly.

Hi Grady1999: I am a TB fan and have the xp400's. (bit pricey I know) I have found their build quality is excellent. They actually have a deal on right now where if youbuy a 360 compatible set, you will get a free XB1 adaptor when they are released. They
also have some pretty good deals on their "recertified" models (nothing wrong with them.) Since I don't know how to post a link, just check out the Turtle Beach website.

Grady: I'm sure that you know this but you can also get some very good deals on headsets on places like ebay, amazon etc. Just be a bit careful and learn as much as you can about the seller. I used ebay because I have had 4 disputes (on over 600 transactions)
and Paypal has gotten my money back with 4 days each time.
