Next Gen Consoles/Games But No Splitscreen?

I dont the gpu in the X1 is powerful enough to do most games in split screen without heavily downgrading the graphics. It cannot even do 1080p for COD: Ghost and the graphics are real simple in CoD.

@dppey that game did break in a lot of new concepts for game I did enjoy the game as I'm a bond Fan/collector. Which is why I loved quantum of solace multiplayer so much as Golden Gun mode is so much fun.I could just never get into the other when you can't
really sneak up or hide when the other can see the screen. I also understand the split like CoD did with the guest for live multiplayer might benefit some. I guess Devs just don't see the demand. Maybe visit their forums and state the case for more on the
future. Can't hurt.

Forza 5 supports splitscreen and Titanfall is confirmed to as well. Dead Rising 3 has a real excuse (loads of zombies) but other games really need to step up the mark.

Splitscreen was a great feature more than a decade ago,but now with online ,it's not really needed anymore....

But some games still got splitscreen....

I disagree. There should be a balance. Saying Splitscreen is not needed anymore is a big lie that only some obsessive gamers with online MP do believe. Some gamers like to play local MP with their family' The problem is that Devs get more money with games
that support Online MP and that is the only reason and unvalid excuse to not support splitscreen in their games .

Uh I don't see Destiny being split screen by any means, I can't think of many RPGs with split screen other than borderlands. Destiny is kinda a mmo more or less.
