Halo wars backwards compatibility release date?

There was never a date announced,just that it will be made backwards compatible.

No one here knows when it will be backwards compatible.

A new batch of games was added a few days ago.

 

Please Don’t forget about Tenchu Z (Backwards compatibility)

Wow, the only things missing from that list are "Lima Beans", "Chick Peas" and "Squash".

 

Hmmm still no Halo Wars or Civ Rev

Marknally, maybe Halo wars will come with Halo Wars 2?

 

erm... where's the 'Bioshock' Trilogy, COD Black Ops 1 & Halo Wars ?

I knew we were gonna get 'Filler', but at this rate it's gonna be sloooowwwww getting the good stuff.

Oh well... as expected... disappointed ! (although Halo Reach is superb)

Back to Witcher 3

 

Mostly MS published games. And the majority are 360 arcade games. 4 total full 360 games with 2 from MS and 2 from SE. I wonder if they are having issues moving the full games over or they are having some issues with getting some of these games.

I have seen that some games possibly require the renewal of the rights for certain aspects. So if they have licensed music, voices, etc. maybe they are going to take longer.

Overall though it looks like MS is going to keep the games they published back and use those to pad out each list so there is more than just 3-4 games. This is not really a big list but it is more than just a couple of games. And Deus Ex is nice although
I doubt I would play the 360 version again since I have it on PC with all dlc.

I'm with Johnny, very disappointed. No Bioshock and no Black Ops. Both of which they have been touting.

 

@ Brandiesel, I hope we haven't got to wait till Halo Wars 2! Has that even got a release date yet?

 

To answer your question OP.

Not really. I figured the list would be much longer than that.

Always nice to see a Halo game making the BC list.

Guess we'll have to wait to the middle of each month to find out what else makes the list. Halo 3, 4 etc. Be nice to have Halo CE (Bungie version) somehow make the list.

 

I cannot for the life of me give feedback on BC games. theirs been games I've been wanting to suggest for awhile not but the "give feedback" button is not there at all, its there for the other parts of the feedback forum but not for the backwards compatibility
part of the site.

Is their something wrong with my account? is this happening to anyone else?

 

I'm just hoping for all the GWG games that I've downloaded over the last year!

 

That list is horrid imo, no games that interest me.
