    Nexflix won't load on xbox one


    Have a netflix account I have been using on xbox (both one, & 360). Was working fine but since about 2 weeks ago, when trying to load on the xbox1 it cycles the loading screen for about 20 seconds then exits out to the home screen. Still works fine on the
    360 and on any other platform (phone, pc, tabelt etc) only fails on the xbox one. Have contacted netflix who say there is no issue with nexflix and it is the xbox that is the issue. Network is working fine, have uninstalled, reinstalled reloaded, restarted
    and also done a factory reset of the xbox. It loads about 1 in 50 tries and is driving me crazy! Any suggestions or help?

    Wait a minute. Xbox Live premium features are not working? But all the people on these boards say paying 60.00 a year for Nexflix and Hulu software mean you get the best and most dependable service.

    I was about to ask you what nexflix was, then I noticed you spelled it correctly in your actual post. ;)

    What region do you live in? It's not available in certain areas, which might be your issue. Also, when you try to install it, is there some kind of error message?

    If you haven't already done so, I would also recommend checking out the xbox.com support forums - if other people are having a similar issue, you might be able to find a solution there.
