Newly purchased games missing from account.xbox.com/MyGames list

@ Sturio,,, I have the disc version and the same issue, the season pass does not appear in my games and apps. The store states I own it, but it's not installed, I'm not in the preview programme.

I think you should post in my batman dlc thread, or we get a new one going, I 'll let you decide.

 

Hey guys!

The issue described in mercenaryntx's post should now be resolved. Things have changed a bit since last week, and the Xbox Store is now integrated with Microsoft.com.

Go ahead and navigate to store.xbox.com, search the specific title you've recently purchased, and then the content should now show up as 'You own this' on Microsoft.com.

Let us know if everything shows up appropriately on your end!

 

No,it's not fixed, I own Doom and the season pass, on Xbox.com it wants to charge me for both. The game is installed on the console but the season pass is not, it states I own the season pass on the console, we're approaching two weeks now, not acceptable.

My other games I'm having this issue with remain a problem, Fallout 4, BF4 Premium, Batman AK.

No, the OP topic doesn't seem to be fixed, and neither is the side-issue that I think may be related.

The original post was about the purchased games and add-ons not appearing under "My Games" on the store website. That still seems to be an issue.

If you find the title in the list of games for sale, yes it does state you already own it or gives you the option to buy; but that was not the issue being seen.

The only thing that I bought after the noted console update, was the Rise of Iron expansion for Destiny, which does NOT appear in "My Games", yet all other games and add-ons purchased prior to the said console update, do show up there.

Additionally, if I do go to purchase a game title, it prompts me to add a payment option, which I already have on my account. There is both a CC and a MS Account on file with balance. Neither appear when on the store website when trying to purchase.

When I purchase on the console itself, everything is fine.

When I look at my account online at xbox.com, it shows everything is fine and all titles and payment options appear there.

So, in summary, no the issue originally reported is still not working as it should be.

My apologies! Recently purchased games not showing up on the 'My games' list is still in the process of being looked into. I got a little focused on the purchases not reflecting on the game's store page, which is now resolved.

That's definitely worth posting a new thread about. Currently this thread is covering a few different issues, most of which are still being worked on. I'll definitely be sure to keep you all updated on the 'My games' list on Xbox.com not including newer
purchased games, but if there are any new issues that pop up, please be sure to post a new thread detailing that issue.

I have the same problem from the end of August recently purchases of Xbox One are missing at
account.xbox.com/MyGames list (WWE 2K16, Earthlock, and BF Hardline..)

However, it is working fine for Xbox 360 titles.
