Newly purchased games missing from account.xbox.com/MyGames list

Hi there,

Yesterday I updated to the latest dashboard and bought to games immediately. Today I checked those games on store.xbox.com and the website states that I do not own those. When I press the purchase button I intends to charge my card again. And they are missing
from my MyGames page on account.xbox.com too.

Yet I see the purchases in my purchase history, I received the confirmation emails, my Xbox downloaded the games automatically, etc, so it seems to work properly (I haven't tried to run them though), and it must be an issue of the website only. I saw that
there's a new purchase system, because the mail sender and format are different, the items in my purchase history, etc, so I'm not worried, however it's really annoying, so please fix this as soon as possible.

[ISSUE] Xbox.com My Games section missing content.

Hey there, I would like to report some issues with the Xbox.com My Games section (
Sign in to your Microsoft account ) . First of all, on ALL regions, the Xbox One game purchases have stopped updating since the transition to the new store. The last thing it shows there for me is
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate which is the last game I bought before the transition. Since then, no new games have been added to the list even though I have bought many games.
NOTE: Purchases can be completed normally, I can buy games, I can see that I own them, I can download them fine without issues, the My Games section on the website is just not updating.

A second issue which I have also reported to Twitter Support and is regional, is that for regions CZ, SK, HU, IL, SA, AE, the Xbox 360 purchase history is completely missing. There are no games bought according to the My Games section for Xbox 360. This happens
only in the above regions. You can see that on your own if you click the links below:

Hi there. First, confirm that the game is in your account clicking on the link below:

account.xbox.com/.../MyGames

If yes, just remove all accounts from console, restart your console and enter your account again.

If no, contact Xbox support for an investigation of a missing license

I also purchased two games on the new xbox system update, Assassin's creed Unity and Mega man legacy collection, I got purchase confirmation emails, my card charged, I have the games downloaded and installed and playable on my xbox one, but if you go to
the store.xbox.com it still shows "Buy Now" for those two games. I see a lot of forums posts about content purchased in the new store somehow not syncing with the website. I hope they auto-correct this.

 

Same problem. Purchasing DOOM for $99.99 four days ago, having no access to the DLC to date and seeing $30 drop off of the purchase price today is a hard pill to swallow. Paying for content you can't access is bad enough, knowing that content is theoretically
free as of right now is downright nauseating. I love XBox, but when issues caused by updates become an involuntary loss at the expense of the consumer ranging from money wasted, data spent updating previously installed purchases and the now obvious widespread
loss of access to owned content, it would be nice to see some sort of compensation. Necessary evil or not, this update's cost many customers in a multitude of ways. Hope it's fixed soon!

 

i purchased the Fallout 4 seasonpass and it were not installed or listed in my games and apps ( xbox-previewprogram)

I have the same problem. I purchased "Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition" (containg Layers of Fear and the new DLC) yesterday and now I can't find and install both games in my Xbox Account. Could you please help me and fix this?

Thanks for the information, we'll pass this along to the appropriate teams and we'll definitely keep you posted on how everything goes. In the meantime, you should still be able to install the games from either the Xbox Store on your Xbox console or your
'Ready to install' list and play. Could you try that out and let us know how it goes?

It looks like you each may be experiencing different issues. The issue that mercenaryntx detailed in their post is that paid content
after the recent Xbox One update show up in purchase history and install fine, but store.Xbox.com does not see the purchase while you're signed in and says 'Buy now' on the appropriate game's page. If this is not the issue
you're experiencing, please post a new thread detailing the exact issue you're running into. If this is the issue you're experiencing, please be sure to let us know the specific content you bought that does not show purchased on store.xbox.com.

 

I own BF Premium and season passes for Fallout 4, Batman AK, Doom, the season passes show as owned but not installed, on Xbox.com they cannot be accessed to download, it states owned. The related content is installed on the console but as the season pass
is not it asks to be bought, this is over a week now.

 

Similar issues on store.xbox.com , but also slightly different...

Games purchased on the console after the update are not reflected as being owned when coming to the website store. Additionally, if I try to purchase a game from the website (store.xbox.com) it brings up the purchase window with the price etc, but
just gives me the "add a credit card" option.

My account has both a Microsoft Account with a balance, plus a credit card already and reflects that in "My Account". These should be showing up, but do not. I think these 2 things may actually be related
since if it is not fully (or properly) recognizing user accounts then it would not only have issues determining if you have a game already, but would also not know what options to pull up for payment.

If I go to "My Account" on the website, it shows everything there that it should show.

This is an issue, but not a major one (for me) since everything I do through the console is fine. It should be addressed however.

 

Also to note : anything purchased from the console as of the last update also does not appear on the website's MyGames list.

I was going to add this to my previous post, but I see they still have the edit timeout in place.

 

@eviltedi - As Mister Beep stated above, please create a new thread detailing your issues if you require further assistance as your issue is not the same as what mercenaryntx is experiencing.
