If it's still not working, then I would maybe try to uninstall and reinstall the game, with all content, at the same time. I've had this happen with other games in the past and this is what I did, and it worked after that. Sometimes when you install new
content, although it is installed, it won't sync properly to the game itself. Usually a reinstall will fix this. Good luck and I hope this works for you!

That''s fine, I have no issues reinstalling the games. The drive I was trying to install them to was clean (newly formatted) - the old installations where in a separate external disk with the rest of my backups.

You tried go in All App and Done For Install to See if all the game with you played is there for Reinstall?

All the games are there to install, its just that, for me to play the games, I got from a license transfer I need to uninstall and re-install, there all still there. The DLC's and some games I got from license transfers don't work unless I uninstall them and
re install

I have the same problems. Only game updates install sometimes while instant on is activated. Game download doens't work since October or November and newly I have to install the system updates manually.

Yes I tried the power button shutdown and unplug thing many times.
