Newly downloaded games freezing at start menu

Since i downloaded the pre order to black ops 3 a few weeks ago, i have not been able to play any new games. I have bought two from the marketplace and neither will play. I get to the start menu and i hit start then nothing happens. I have contacted support
twice and they have sent me here. I have done all troubleshooting twice and redownloaded multiple times. Please help!

Freezing at start menu

I downloaded Fable Anniversary to my xbox 360s hard drive, It freezes before I can get start a new game. Has anyone else have this issue.

Rainbow six freezing at start menu

Fixed - uninstall the saved data from the cloud and the console in storage settings. Didn't lose my rank.

Hi IPWINDUNNS,

Usually games that hang on start up can be fixed with a simple hard reset. To do this, with your console on hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds until your console quickly shuts off. Then turn your console on and test the game. If it's still not working
try downloading again. If you're downloading to an external hard drive, try your internal one. If you still can't launch the game try

removing your profile, then adding it back, and doing the process over.

Thnaks for the reply! Unfortunately i have done all of that multiple times with aupport and by myself. I fixed the problem. I had to reset factory defaults and lose all of my game info......but it got rid of the xbox preview stuff and i think that was the
problem. It was around the same time this started happenin that i got into the xbox preview.

I've done a few console and game resets, but I'll try completely shutting the console down and see if that does anything

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?
