Newly Downloaded Games Crash Upon Starting

In the past week, I have downloaded two games- the Forza Horizon 2 Demo, and NHL 15. Both of these games have crashed back to the dashboard upon starting. Any and all games downloaded before this week work perfectly fine. Thank you for any help provided.

Black screen upon starting games

Mine only freezes on Halo 3, it goes black and nothing happens. When I press the guide button, I can hear the sound, but nothing happens. I then have to restart the console to play another game. /

@XpR0xCreaTi0nX if you go back and look at my other posts you'll see I'm talking to those that said they were going to ditch Microsoft and Xbox over this. Wanting to know what's going on and what's being done to fix the problem isn't crying. There's a legitimate
amount of complaining and then there's over the top whining. It's the over the top kids I'm talking to. Wanting answers from Microsoft on what's going on is understandable. Demanding an instant fix to a problem, and then threatening to ditch the company because
you don't get instant gratification is being a whine ***. Which I made clear in previous posts. And I'm an adult in my 30's who works hard for and buys his on ***. I would guess your a youngster by the grade school homophobic insult you threw my way. Or an
ignorant redneck.

 

Could you try removing and reinstalling the games ? It has worked for me in the past with another game?

 

UPDATE: The problem has now leaked over to other games as well. Previously installed games such as Battlefield 4, Forza Motorsport 5, Peggle 2, Titanfall, and FIFA 15. At this point, only three of my ten games work- Destiny, Madden 15, and Minecraft: Xbox
One Edition.

 

I would try this to see if it clears up your issues. While the Xbox One is on, press and hold power on the front of the console for 10 seconds. It will shut down, wait 30 seconds before turning it back on. You should see that the light on the power brick
has gone solid orange, at this point you know enough time has passed and you are okay to turn it back on. It will show a green splash screen upon startup and will be a bit longer of a load time to the dashboard but that is the norm. Try Your games, and let
us know if this resolved your issues.

How you tried reinstalling your faulty games ?

 

I'm having the same problem. It stated when a match in fifa 15would not start. was stuck on the loading screen. After restarting the console, none of my game work.

(FIfa 15, forca 5, peggle)

* If I uninstall fifa etc. Will I loose my savegames?

 

I am also having this problem, when i installed battlefield 4 it kept crashing wouldn't even start, but when I put in a game that is already installed like madden 15 it works fine. I even tried to install ghost to make sure it wasn't just a disk and ghost
will not work either, I did the hard reset and unplugged the brick and it still won't work.

 

@emiltanem, if your console is connected to internet, your games saves are synced with the cloud. So, if you delete and reinstall your games, the next time you start a game it will download the latest version of the game saves.

 

That's not true because now NBA2K15 is doing it:-/. I installed it last week and when it was available to play today, it 'restarted' the install!!! Wth??
