    Newly bought Minecraft maps in Xbox One not visible


    Hello,

    today, I have bought a new map directly from the minecraft store available from within the minecraft menu. Payment was successful and I got the message that it has been downloaded. I have checked in the Xbox menu Queue and I can see that it is in the recently
    installed category.

    However, it is no where to be seen when I start a new game, I see my list of worlds but not the new one I bought.

    Is it elsewhere ? what am I missing ?

    They need to add the ability to transfer maps from the Xbox 360 to the Better together Version of minecraft.

    My friend just bought Minecraft (better together) and he has a bunch of maps on his 360 that he wants to play on, but he doesent have Xbox one edition

    Uninstalling Minecraft

    I just bought NieR: Automata Become as Gods Edition and I need a little bit of space to download it. I have both Minecrafts, the Xbox One Edition and the other Minecraft (not the 360) so my question is: If I uninstall Minecraft XO Edition, will all my DLC
    (Such as skins and textures) be available to use on Minecraft? And what would happen to my maps?

    Hi there,

    as far as I know Minecraft isn't a Xbox Play Anywhere title, so any purchase made on the PC won't be visible on the Xbox One console or vice versa.

    I think its a "free" map thats now available to everyone, along with the DLC/mappack that newly released. The map is probably in normal rotation.

    I have the same problem on my son's newly purchased copy of Minecraft Xbox One Edition. The problem is he can't play the game without downloading the FREE! update. But it's not free when you get directed to the Xbox store. So frustrating! How can
    we get around this? otherwise we'll be bringing it back to the store for a refund.
    The disc-based version is no longer being updated. If you bought a used copy of the game, and the store allows you to return it, I would do so, then buy "Minecraft" digitally from the Microsoft Store.
