Newly bought game not in library, can't reinstall, xbox one

I just bought Oblivion digitally (within-xbox) from the xbox store and installed but couldn't launch, the xbox just asked if I had the disc or if I owned it, and when I went to the store and selected "Manage" it can't show the game, so I could do nothing. Tried restarting, hard reset, erasing the account and adding again, resetting the console and starting from scratch, and finally tried the one remaining tip I found: uninstalling the game. But now I can't reinstall it because the xbox can't find it. I can see it in my order history in the xbox and online but it's not in "Owned games" (and never was). How do I 1) reinstall, and 2) manage to play? please help

Today, it suddenly just worked (!?), so all is well, but many thanks for your help!

If you encounter any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting Microsoft support.

Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list.

Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

Thanks for responding, you're the first human I've come into contact with. Support doesn't seem to offer chat or phone for this type of problem so I don't know how to contact them?

Well no it would be in your library if you bought it digitally

Not in ms store since its has been delisted

It would be part of the library jn the xbox

If you bought a disk copy on Xbox one then no that doesn't count it has to be the digital

You can't download a delisted game in the ms store

It would only be in your library

That's the point of delisting
