Have you deleted the System-Cache for Troublehooting?

Have you checked that you got enough free Space on the internal Harddrive?

 

You guys consider this answered? Someone needs to look at fixing this! I can't bring my xbox to work - it is not allowed by my company and would have all the network ports blocked anyway. We don't have options on which ISP where I live because there is
only one. So I am really hosed and pay for Live and cannot connect!

 

the last 2 years has been nothing but issue after issue with my xbox. Between the constant disconnects from xbox live in the middle of everything and these update failures im looking to move on. Get your
[Mod Removed] together please so i dont throw my xbox in the ocean and buy a playstation!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about the update issues. If you are continuing to experience error code 8007-2EE2, please go ahead and try the following steps:

• First, clear your Xbox 360 system cache 3 times.
  
• Power cycle your Xbox 360 console.
  
• Once your console is powered on, try downloading the update again.

If you are still unable to download the update, copy the update from your computer to a USB flash drive by trying the following steps:

Note The USB flash drive must use the FAT32 file system. For information about how to format a USB flash drive, see the “Format a USB flash drive” section of Xbox 360 USB flash
drive support.

1. Plug your USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
2. Download the update file.
   
3. Click Save to save the console update .zip file on your computer.
4. Unzip the file. If you are using Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7, double-click the .zip file to unzip it.
   
5. Copy the contents of the .zip file to the root directory of your USB flash drive (for example, E:\). Do not copy the contents to another folder on the USB flash drive (for example, E:\Files).
   
6. Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
7. Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your Xbox 360 console.
8. Restart the console.
9. When the console restarts, the installation program starts automatically. Select Yes when you are prompted to update the new console software.
