Newbie mistake, possible fix? I hope...

So.... I am new to Microsoft and X-box ordering games online and such through their websites. I pre-ordered the new Star Wars Battlefront game for my brother... and accidentally ordered the digital copy when I thought it was the physical copy. I was wondering
if there would be any way to cancel the transaction? Or is there a way to save the game on his Xbox?

Thank you so much if any of you have an answer for my rookie mistake.

I would give Xbox Support a call and explain the situation, they might be able to offer you a refund for the purchase, especially if you have not played the game at all.

I am having the same problems too. First initial thought was the game was scratched....mistake number one. Then I decided to go and buy another copy...mistake number two. And lastly I decided to throw away the first disc...mistake number 3. Please dont
go and buy this game until the servers are fixed. It is a shame that they have done absolutely NOTHING about it and are not telling us about when or how they are going to fix it. I just hope they let us know if it and will it be fixed.
