does the money on my xboxlive Account shares between xbox360 and the xbox one or must i buy new Money if i got the xboxone?

As long as you're signed into Live you can redownload and access anything you've purchased.

If the base game is all working through game sharing, then unfortunately the publisher has made the DLC specific only to the purchaser of the DLC.

Some Publishers are not allowing some DLC to be shared, and they need to be purchased individually.

Apparently DICE has announced that they will possibly announce DLC details next week.

Yes, most DLC is shared on the home Xbox. Some DLC may not be shared but its a game by game basis. The type of stuff I have seen not shared in past is loot boxes or in game items that are unlockable one time as opposed to say maps
or new campaigns.

As I stated above even before we knew about the 'home xbox' setting it was sharing DLCs across accounts. It still shares the old DLCS, but is not sharing the new DLCs we bought in the last month to account B. We have two Xboxes and the new xbox has been tagged as Account As home, I want to play with account B on the old XBox which used to allows us all DLCs without it being the Home for account A.
