    Just got the new Xbox1 but won't do anything until it's updated but errors @36% any ideas? All connections are checked and has been "updating" for nearly two days

    Getting a next gen on day 1?

    Stooping down to TH3 FRANCH15E's level, "Going PS4. Microsofts new xbox1 will just brick and RROD constantly for the first 3 years anyhow. also I dont want an xbox1 system update later that bricks my console if i dont have a certain Disc drive"

    Hey DeftTable,

    Does it give you a specific error code we can look up? Assuming you already tried a hard reset like holding the power for 15 seconds and turning it back on or while powered off unplugging the unit? At this point it would be safe to say it would be best
    to download an update to your USB stick and updating your Xbox One this way. Please follow this guide:

    Selecting "I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE"

    Good news, though i think the same way as most gamers out there and that is the majority of games coming out for the 360 will be out for the xbox1. And i dont think that until the game companies get to know how to unlease the full power of the xbox1, we
    won't see much of a difference between the two consoles.......yet.......but, they will in time.
