was in a hurry to get setup and didnt install when prompted but now that all the updates and games are up and running i was going to get my "free" forza bundle up and running and to my surprise i have no idea where it went and what i need to do to access it i ripped the packaging apart trying to find a redemption code but there is nothing i found yet... how the heck do i access my prepaid game and content?

There are 2 places you can check.

1. Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox

or

2. In your Games and Apps check your Full Library for Included with this Xbox

My issue is slightly different.

I bought the XBox Series X console with the Forza Horizon 5 Bundle.

When I check with the “Included with this Xbox console@ it only shows Diablo IV - Standard Edition.

What the heck? Where is my Forza bundle?

The box was sealed and doesn’t appear to be open box.

Thanks! The weird thing is, this issue only happens with series x games. Forza horizon 4 looks perfect. It’s just the new multiplayer halo and Forza Horizon 5.

I've never heard of an Xbox One X bundled with Forza 7. Are you sure it wasn't Forza 4?
