New xbox wont start.

Got a new Xbox One (COD modelll) for the kids as a christmas gift. It dosent start up just a short beep and a short white light at the power button.Check out the short video of it any tips on how i resolve the problem cheers / Tony

Black ops 2 won't load

Im having the same problem. Bo2 wont start up. started this right after trying to put in a new hard drive. hard drive was installed and xbox error e 86. after pulling the drive now the game wont start.

 

Xbox wont start up.

Xbox won't startup. Dc adapter is fine, looks like motherboard problem. No video, no sounds...

 

That's definitely not good. First off, do you have the console standing on it's end? If so, be sure to lie it down flat as the Xbox One consoles were never meant to be standing up.

Is the console plugged into a power bar? If so try plugging it directly into a wall socket to see if that helps. Xbox One consoles have a built in surge protector and plugging it into a power bar limits the amount of electricity it gets to run.

 

Hello it´s laying flat down as it shold the cable you se is the power cable as i tried it directly in the power outlet.

 

I'm having an issue where the xbox powers up. And the "xbox one" screen comes on. But the picture is blurry. Then when the controller should appear on the screen to go through the set up. It doesn't. And the screen just goes black. Any ideas what could be
wrong?

 

Chaned it out at the store where i bought it. The new one works just fine. Butt i wasnt the only one with this problem they had more costumoers with the same problem.
