New Xbox to replace Xbox One?

Lol,you are not going to get an xbox one x as a replacement for a xbox one s.

You'll either get the same console back or a replacement xbox one s which wont be a new console either.

I received a replacement console today and from me being worried the same as you in the uk it seems to be sent from hams hall birmingham in the uk and the console I sent back was going to Germany so all I can say it looks like they have a warehouse full
of brand new stock (consoles) and just send them out I don't know as time goes on but in the short term yes they are brand new consoles hope this helps

Of course they recycle parts. But defective consoles are an exemplification of the degenerative engineering ( purposes making products that defect), which was unethically used to boost profits, but is now immorally used for massive scaled data mining which
intrudes your personal privacy.

Now MS has verified your address, will be collecting more data and be making even more money off you.
