i just bought this xbox one s and it says suspended messages willl not work why thats not fair to me ??

World At War Hackers?

There are still hackers. I think Xbox should take matters into their own hands and take over the World at War servers and start banning or suspending hackers.

Did you purchase the console new or pre owned? If you have purchased a pre owned console you should take it back to where you purchased it from as it sounds like the previous owner has got the console banned from connecting to the Xbox Servers

HHi and yes i did but i can play on live and connect to live i just cant message or talk witch i assume is the communication suspension is there a way to submit anything for this ?? I dont want to get rid of it i love it and cant afford to switch it around

 

If you can play multiplayer games online then it will not be a device ban it may just be something is not quite setup correctly on your account or you have received a temporary communication suspension. Please try the two links below to see if they help,
