    Hi, just bought a new xbox series x with diablo 4 bundled. However I can't access the game. I can find the game in my account- included with this xbox console. And it tells me I have claimed it. But its not downloaded to my games list. And just defaults to "claim for different account" I only have one microsoft/xbox account, which is the one I used to sign in and setup my account and console with. I have checked downloads and updates. How do I get my game to work.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the dashboard, then select My Games & Apps > See All. In the games list, make sure the filter is set to All Games. If your game or add-on doesn't show up, select Ready to install and see if it does. If it doesn't work I'm leaving a link below where there are some procedures that can help you in this case. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/digital-games

    I bought a series x with Forza bundle but skipped the install while setting up my console how do I now get the game

    My issue is slightly different.

    I bought the XBox Series X console with the Forza Horizon 5 Bundle.

    When I check with the “Included with this Xbox console@ it only shows Diablo IV - Standard Edition.

    What the heck? Where is my Forza bundle?

    The box was sealed and doesn’t appear to be open box.

    I'll work extra hard and go with a new Xbox Series X bundle. I'll never let go of my dream of mastering math and computer science.
