New Xbox series S won't connect to any controllers.

Me and my husband got 2 Xbox series S consoles recently. We both have the same issue with no controllers wanting to connect right away. Not even the new controllers with fresh batteries.

Every time we want to play we are doing a hard reset, waiting 30 seconds to plug back in, turning it on, turning on the controller and trying to sync them. They controller will flash like its trying to connect and 90 percent of the time it won't and we have to hard reset again. Most nights it take me about 15 minutes before I can get the control connected.

Things we try:

Plugging the controller directly into the Xbox, waiting for it to register then taking the cord off. This works maybe 10% of the time.

We try doing a hard reset. Even unplugging for longer periods of time. This is the same result, most of the time it won't connect.

We try adding new batteries to the controllers, switching controllers. Still the same issue.

We wait until the Xbox is fully on before trying to sync. Try just pressing both the sync buttons ad well as trying holding down both sync buttons.

All of these we do every time and every time is gives us an issue and have to cycle though all of these till it connects if it does at all.

I have no one to call or ask because when I put in my issue to the support they say there is no support for this issue at this time. No even sure what that means. Why is there no help from Xbox to be found. Why am I on a forum?

I know one thing, I will never and I mean never buy from Xbox again. I have more issues then fun with this console and with no support out there it's impossible. When uou save to get something like this and it doesn't work it makes you pretty upset.

I'm going back to Playstation next time. My old Xbox had issues as well. It would randomly kick the controller or just shut off completely.

But if anyone has so information about this I'd love to hear it or how I can return it or what.

One thing I've noticed is that the actual Xbox console gives up trying to sync after a few flashes but the controllers never stop flashing. The console sometimes only flashes 1 or two times before it gives up and stops flashing. The longest I've seen the console try is maybe 15 or 20 flashes and it gives up. But the controllers stay flashing until I take out the batteries.

Someone please help!!!! Tonight I've been trying for an hour and trying everything so far no luck. I'm so upset
