If your on about your current downloading speeds for games, then typically it would start with your provider. If your on a 50 mbps Internet connection your xbox most likely won't be receiving 50 mbps, peak times (when everyone gets home evening time would
be slower speeds). How many are connected in your house hold to it? Plus type of connection for example ethenet cable or wireless?

That could help checking all of that.

If your on about your xbox speed it's self then have you come close to using all your memory? For example of you have a laptop and haven no memory, would typically take longer to load and what not, same thing could apply to xbox
