Discus and support new xbox ones wont let me sign in in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; every time we try to sign in it doesn't recognize account. We used my grandsons account .     every time we try to sign in it doesn't recognize account. We used my grandsons account . I set up new account and tried that. Nothing works

    Xbox Wont Let Me Sign In

    Try removing the account restarting the app , and then re-adding the account

    New accounts are better off being created via the desktop site so you can confirm and verify all the new info. Keep in mind that if you have a ban on one account, All accounts can be affected by it, Not saying that's the case here, It's just something
    worth mentioning.

    What error messages do you get when you attempt to sign on, and when you attempt to create a new account? This can help others figure out what is going on and get you a solution faster.

    Hi sorry you are having issues. Can I ask why you are attempting to create a new account and not readd your existing one? It really is important that we have more information/error codes to be able to assist further.
