My new xbox one X won't go past this screen OS version 18363.9135.amd64fre.19h1_release... This does not correspond to any offline updater and USB stick is not recognized for offline update. All attempts at restart, with factory reset, both with and without
games (erase) have failed and return me to the troubleshooting screen. I have, essentially, a bricked unit. Worked fine yesterday, nothing has changed on the tv, network, etc. What can I do? Brand new Xbox one X, starts with E102 error mostly.

Xbox One doesn't look anything like Windows 10, does it really run it or is it a custom OS like on the 360?

All because they aren't posting something doesn't mean they aren't reading. There's an enormous amount of posts to get through. They won't respond to every single one. Either way, I don't know why you'd ask on the public side of the forums as Official Forum
Support agents have no control over the Xbox Beta Team responding to anything. That is a whole different team of Microsoft employees.

So no clue what to do since it doesn't say it on that page

Just to confirm: That OS version is listed as the latest on the XBox website:

The One X shouldn't have trouble with 360 games...I have 2 (GTA: SA and Forza Horizon 1) and it had no trouble installing and playing either.

Given your OS is up-to-date, then it does sound like there's an issue with the drive somewhere

It may be because it's formatted to HFS+, which is the file system that OS X uses, and the Xbox One doesn't recognise that. I suspect that if you format it to NTFS then the Xbox will see it, but that's just an educated guess.
