New Xbox One X, Random Sign out whilst playing games plus Xbox randomly turning off

If it appeared the item had been opened, I would recommend trying to go back to the retailer and deal with them and see if you can get a sure new one.

If those don't return any results, I would push on the retailer for a new unit if at all possible.

You could always turn off the Auto Sign in for your sisters account. I have that same problem. It signs me in and then randomly signs my wife in whether she's in the room or not. I just turned her auto sign in off. I use the xbox more than her anyway..
Plus I paid for it. lol

UPDATE ON MY XBOX: Today it just randomly decided it was going to turn on, so at least I get to play it whilst waiting for the replacement. It will stay on as well because I've got it in 'always on' mode. Infact, i think the always on mode was maybe why
it freaked out in the first place because I turned it off at the mains, and after that it wouldn't turn on. Could be a software or hardware fault this one guys.
