New Xbox One X-Fortnite/Purchasing Issues

I've had some serious issues with Fortnite (and Fortnite only) since switching from Xbox One to the Xbox One X. For starters, every time I log in I get the message: "Xbox Live Purchase Check Failure. An unexpected error occurred while
checking for new purchases on your Xbox Live account. Recently purchased items may not be available until your next login." Now, I have made my new Xbox One X the "Home Xbox," uninstalled, reinstalled, no difference. What's odd is that I cannot choose to buy
save the world, and when I go to the store page V-Bucks or the $5 starter packs don't even show up.

Further, every time in the lobby, I get the big exclamation mark saying, "Party funcionality limited. Party services are currently experiencing technical difficulties." When in a party, I cannot invite other people. If I try to join,
my game lags to 10 times slower, I don't join, and I have to reset my Xbox to fix. The work around has been joining through Epic Friends, however, I still experience terrible lag about once every minute or two. It's brief, but kills my experience in playing.

To fix the problem, I have replaced my router, and had my ISP come out and repull all the lines. Nothing changed. Note, I connect via a hardwire directly to my Xbox, and I have my WiFi shut off. My 120 mb/s go directly to my Xbox. Every
other game and service seems to run fine. Could it be I received a cruddy new Xbox? Could it be something else? I've been trying to solve this for over a month, and I am at a complete loss. I've scoured Google and various forums and came across nothing that
has helped. If anyone has any ideas or solutions, I am all ears. Please help. I'm at a complete loss. Thank you

Fortnite running well on my old xbox one and lagging a lot on my new xbox one x

i buy myself an xbox one x and fortnite is lagging a lot and when i unplug it to plug my old xbox one fortnite run without lag ... the two are working with the same internet connection and my connection is good ... do i return my xbox one x for a new one
or is there a solution to fix this

 

Xbox One X Games freezing?

Everytime I play fortnite my game freezes after about 6 mins in. Anyone else having issues with games freezing or crashing on their Xbox One X?

Ive done some searching and other people get the same problem but only with Xbox One X Enhanced games.Everything else is ok so I think there's an issue with them that xbox needs to fix!

Going through the same thing i bought the ten dollar v-bucks package, was charged, never got the v bucks and now when i login it says xbox live pruchase check failure i cant play w friends anymore and now i can hardly even get into a game so virtually,
i paid 10$ to screw my game up and didnt even get any v bucks and epic still hasnt replied or emailed me back to give me a refund or help troubleshoot. Its quite pathetic honestly ive spend around 200 dollars on this game with season passes skins and the save
the world game and i cant even get any customer service
