New Xbox One wont turn on

Hi.... My brand new Xbox One about a week old will not turn on anymore. I still have the orange light on my power brick. I unplugged everything for 10 seconds or more, tried a different outlet, and my Xbox One light on the front of the console goes on for
a second, makes a beep, but will not turn on.

Any ideas on what I can do to resolve???

Hey mate,

Is you console plugged directly into the wall power outlet? And not into a surge proctector/double adaptor? Give that a try and see how it goes. To me it sounds like it might also be your power brick that is playing up, but it could also be the console

I have the same issue now, what did you do?

 

Nothing yet looking for an answer lol. I tried unplugging for 10 seconds. Same issue. If I can't get it fixed tomorrow, I'll exchange it for another one.

Yes Faithless, I did but it doesn't take me my issue where my console wont turn on, just blank screens. Anyhow, I tried holding the power button and eject at the same time and my console still wont turn on. Just a beep, flashing xbox sign, then nothing.
I guess I'll just exchange it.
