New Xbox One with Downloadable Games

So I just purchased, received, and setup the Xbox One. There are a total of three games that are supposed to be included with the game. However I cannot find any trace of them anywhere. They are not listed in Games and App to be installed. I checked my email
and there are no emails with redemption codes. I did a Store search and found the games, there is no option to download.

So now what?

Are you trying to dowload it from My games are apps with the profile that you did buy it ? Here is how you can access to your downloadable content :

I Bought Black Friday Bundle From Microsoft.com Wheres my Downloadable Games???

Bought the Black Friday Refurbished Console with Kinect 3 Downloadable Games and 1 New Game, got the Console/Kinect and New Game but not the 3 Downloadable Games? Suppose to be Like Ultimate Dance/Ryse/and Forza 5, i got nothing?????

 

Check the box the console came in. There should be cards with codes on them. If not, you need to contact the place where you purchased the console.

 

Ordered from Microsoft. Contacted Microsoft. Evidently getting the content requires a Gold subscription. The box is supposed to come with a free one month subscription. No such code in the box, or in an email, etc.

Called support, support was pretty much worthless. She was nice, but couldn't help and wouldn't get off her script for nothing. She transferred me to Xbox One Support. The voice system wouldn't recognize my voice commands or input from the keypad. Infinite
loop "Say Xbox One or press 1 for Xbox one, say 360 for Xbox 360". Spam 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1, nada. Make sure the phone isn't on mute, not on mute. "Xbox one, Xbox one, Xbox one, Xbox one, Xbox one, Xbox one". Press 1. Not recognized. Spam

Hang up. Great system there Microsoft.

 

Check in the flaps of the box as I've read some people have found the game cards within the flaps. I bought a second console this weekend and found all the cards (Assassins Creed, Gold trial, etc) in the section of the box that contained the power supply.

 

I also wanted to let you know that if you ordered the console from the Microsoft Store and you still cannot find the codes then contact their support instead of Xbox phone support.
