New Xbox One S and Xbox Preview Program lost?

I purchased an Xbox One S and let my nephew borrow my Xbox One 500GB, thinking I would just be able to download the Preview Dashboard app with my gamertag, but alas....I have been schooled like the old days. I saw that my new console needs to be registered
for the Preview Program, but did not see a way tomdo so using my Microsoft account and don't have any old messages (saw you would be able to use the old message link to download it). Is there any way I to obtain the download link again?

Hi I'm posting on this forum concerning my preview program membership.After contacting support I was told to come an posy here,so my issue I just upgraded to the Xbox one S a few dayS ago an I noticed my preview program app was not on my new Xbox.So I was
wondering how do I get my app back an an recover an register my new Xbox one S in the program

Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
error message.

Could it have been under a different GT that you registered your previous console under? Let me know so we can dig into it.

I changed my gamertag a while back, but it should have been prior to the Xbox One preview program (old one should've been CaptainNoobert and would be on the same account).

I signed up prior to having to be invited and the only thing I found was something on the Gmail site...too old to show in my app. It is from an older program, email from
[Mod Removed] with a reminder to register my console for the Xbox Live Fall 2011 Preview for 360..not a registration confirmation. I have no problem forwarding it with headers for authenticity, but it is an older program and not the same.
I don't remember any actual emails for the Xbox One preview.

I'm trying to find someone who is a member to help me out...surely someone at work is a member...since most are gamers and IT professionals.

When did you actually use the preview program and forums.

 

In the Preview App, which you should be able to download through the Marketplace when your Gamertag that is listed in the Preview Program is signed in. From there, within the preview App, you should be able to register your console for approval for entry
into the Preview Program and invite friends to join the program.

 

To clarify what Yapper says, being in another preview doesn't automatically get you into the Xbox One preview. The Xbox 360 preview is a separate program, and was stopped back in 2013, then restarted last year. Any invites you have would be out of date at
this point.

If you would like to be part of the Xbox One Preview, you will want to ask friends that are in it for an invite. If you aren't sure if any friends are in it (or don't want to spam all of your friends with a message), then our
General Discussion forums have a thread where you can ask for an invite.

Because you aren't in the preview program, and you do not currently have a support issue, I'm going to lock this thread. If you need assistance with another support issue, do not hesitate to post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on
