New Xbox One preview update - Hangs around 66%

hello, got the notification to install the new update this morning. It installed and then hung for 20 minutes. I tried a soft reset (tapping power button) but no luck. All HDD's are disconnected.seems a lot of people having this issue.

Preview: Xbox one green screen after update

Preview update last night hang by 91%. now by starting my Xbox one i have a never ending green screen

I made the mistake of applying for the preview program, where you get beta builds of updates before the public. Went to install the controller update and it stopped at 66%. Now the xbox thinks my controller is fully updated and will only work when plugged
in. Won't sync at all now. THANKS MICROSOFT.

So my Xbox one is frozen on the update screen 66% updated. I let it sit for 2 days then i. Download the update manually for a offline update. It updated just fine once all the way to 100% then it started to update again then it stopped at 66% again. Any
ideas before i download the factory reset program?

same here. Xbox was stuck a 66% for HOURS! i tried the hard reset and updating offline via USB and the Xbox is stuck again at 66% again updating with a USB stick!
