New Xbox One Preview leaves my console non functional with games and apps what is going on

What is going on please.

So I am a member of the xbox one preview insider program and I am not happy at all right now.

1. youtube movies and tv won't launch at all also won't update at all.

2. Minecraft just signed up with the beta the console is stuck on updating Minecraft and I uninstalled Minecraft and it wouldn't even let me do that.

what is going on this is a mess I can't do anything with my console please fix this asap you have now made my gaming experience garbage do I have to leave and head to your competitors product.

Taking my console off of the xbox preview program?

Hi there, i have contacted the xbox support chat team and have been told to post my problem here, somehow i have managed to sign my console up to the xbox preview program, i have no knowledge of doing this so i can only assume that a family member did it
by mistake.

Anyway i would like to be taken off the xbox preview program as its causing my games and apps to crash or become non functional.

my ref number from xbox support is SR#[Mod Removed]. for further info

Red Dead Redemption crashes every time

Another option you could try is to
Factory Reset Your Xbox One using the "keep my games and apps" option. However, since you're part of the Xbox One Preview Program, you'll want to stop by the Preview
Program forums for further support. Also please be sure to leave feedback through your Xbox One dashboard regarding the issue.

I had a similar issue and in turn, left the insider program. They list a disclaimer that these kinds of things can happen based on the possibility of unstable updates they can shoot out. I ended up leaving and in turn it restored my console to factory
defaults where I had to download everything again. I know its not the best case scenario, but, there is a fix. This was the one that worked for me.

Go to games/apps choose apps scroll to the right see if there is an app Xbox preview dashboard this is what you need to leave the preview.

If you are in the preview you should be able to access the early access forums you will get more help there.

Hi there,

After checking on both a preview console and a non preview console, it does look as though that function was removed from the code redemption options.

Once you've set your new console up go to "my games & apps",then "apps",scroll to the right & re download the preview app from there.

Open up the app & unregister your old console & register your new one.

Any other preview questions should go in the preview forums
