New Xbox One Noise Just in Game

Hello,

My Xbox one is 2 weeks old, after 10 days it started to do a noise (looks like coil whine noise), it is a COD Limited edition 1TB, so the customer service said can't use advanced replacement, I have to send mine that needs to be repaired.. so I decided to
wait after christmas holidays..

It is strange because other people with same problem have the noise in the dash board and when they start to play it disappear, in my case it only shows up when I'm IN the game..

I noticed that when I play and go in dark spots in the game I barely hear the noise, when comes to load more graphics comes back loud..

I play from HD, not from the disk..

Hope that is a software problem that can be solved with the next update.. otherwise have to send it back for the repair (not replacement for limited editions)..

Xbox One S Very Loud

I also just bought a new Xbox one s today and it makes loud clicking noises, not sure if that's normal

 Xbox One Elite Console power supply makes noise

I just bought the console of the Xbox One Elite and realized that it was making a noise that increased as the position of the object changed. The noise is very loud, even messing up the games. Is this normal for an Xbox One console to make noise? Could it
be just the fan inside the fountain? Thank you!

I have the same edition, and i can hear a noise from the fan or hdd, i sent mine to repair, i don´t know if the sound is normal, i can hear even on the menu, in my chanel from youtube i have a video

First off New Xbox or the old ones? I have the new one and all of the new games that use the new format disc that allows developers use more of the disc all make a loud noise than simply stops.

[/quote]The new larger storage disc's also appear to be even noisier.

Just install the game, it only takes a few minutes and reduces load times and noise and has the added benefit of reducing wear and tear on your console.

Thanks for the response, its weird cuz i just tried an old game all pro football 2k8 and the disc tray is silent...i really think unreal engine 3 games make the most noise even with the new models(and thats like every new game). Guess they just expect everyone
to install to HDD, but they are marketing the new ones as much quieter. I guess we'll see if i can stand the noise it when i load up XCOM...if i can't i guess its just arcade games and older disc games for me.
