New Xbox One = missing games in download history.

Hello,

I purchased the Gears 2TB Xbox One and I'm in the middle of redownloading my games, content, etc. I pre-ordered Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 (Deluxe) back in February and was eligible for a free download of Peggle 2. I did download the game and had
it on my 1TB Xbox... but now when I try to find it under "ready to install" it isn't there. I attempted to install it off the marketplace and it's asking me to pay for it once again. I went through my purchase history on my account and it's not even listed.

Castle Crashers Remastered is also another title that is now missing. However, I repurchased it before I realized that there was more than just the one game missing. It's was also not listed on my account.

I called support a couple months back and complained as well - I purchased the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and redeemed GoW 1, 2, 3, and Judgement codes that were sent to my Xbox messages. For some reason GoW 2 was "lost" from my purchase history as well.
Support was absolutely NO help because I didn't save the code after I redeemed them and there was no trace of it under my purchase history.

I'm trying to understand why this keeps happening. A few months back I changed my Microsoft account email from a hotmail account to a gmail account (I also paid for a gamertag name change - I have no idea if that would mess anything up). Now I have the new
Xbox and it's happening again.

Any help would be appreciated.

download and purchase history issues

missing games from my download history, I know I had fable 2 at one point but deleted it to make room now its not in my download history, is anyone else having similar issues and I cant look at my purchase history

same here, I changed my gamertag and lost my purchase history..

When you buy a new Xbox one make sure that you have that new console set as your home Xbox. You do this by going to settings, under personalization and click on my home xbox. If your console is homed then I would suggest calling xbox customer service.
