    Ok i just bought a brand new XB1 attached all cables and turned on ... I have a black screen , no video no sound what do i need to do?

    i just bought a new xb1 first initial turn on blk screen no video or sound just blk ....

    XBOX one initial set up.

    Have you set your time zone go into settings/system there you can select your time zone

    Hi Diesel ! Is your Xbox connected directly to your TV or via an audio receiver ? Also, (sorry for the question), have you checked that your TV is switched to the correct input ?

    Can you here the fan of your Xbox turning ?
