    New Xbox One has different permissions than Xbox360


    I got my son a Xbox One and he's loaded his profile on the new console, the same profile he used on Xbox360. However, he can't purchase things and gets the PUR3001 error. He's able to do everything on Xbox360, though. Why can't he access these things on
    Xbox One?

    Black and White Screen?

    I bought a new Xbox360 E and it has a different TV connector cable than the original xbox. My original xbox worked fine on this HDTV. How do I attach these new cables? There are no directions on how to attach them to the TV.

    Everything works but the picture is black and white?????

    It should be simple to fix.

    Xbox 360 does not recognize wireless adapter

    Does the wireless adapter have XBOX360 stamped on it? The third-party adapters do not, and the troubleshooting path is different if you have a genuine Microsoft XBOX360 adapter than if you do not.



    If it has XBOX360 stamped on it, does it have one antenna or two?



    What is the LED light on the adapter doing when you plug it in?

    profile incorrect credentials

    already cleared the cache but as I said this happening on 2 xbox360,s at 2 addresses and 2 different networks

    no 2fa changed password less than 16 characters and profile works on series x fine

    can make a new profile with a different email

    don't think there is a problem with Xbox Live because this has been like this for several weeks and Xbox Live works fine on new profile

    Stuck in Xbox Family, impossible to leave. Can't buy ANY games on Xbox One, and can't access really old parent account.

    Sorry, as I said, I'm an idiot, I found the email, my brother has 3 different, we guessed and guessed and eventually we found it, got myself out of the family, and into a new, REAL one. I can now change permissions.

    Have you owned an Xbox360 in the past ? The Xbox One and Xbox360 friendslist work differently so you might need to remove them via that way.
