    New Xbox One Experience issues (URGENT please)


    Hi,

    Just last night I updated my Xbox One with the new Xbox One Experience as i enrolled to be in the group before all of this happened, and JUST NOW, I have a LOT of performance issues currently which technically makes my Xbox One unplayable (or really unusable
    in the system part) right now.

    HERE'S THE FOLLOWING ISSUES (I put caps on some parts to highlight the main points and also when I accessed anywhere that has issues.)

    • My console is set up on energy-saving whenever I turn on the Xbox.
    • My profile is set to auto sign-in
    • JUST TODAY I can't see my friends list or anything else in the system anymore. Community is not loaded and when I scroll down it's permanently stuck until I press the Xbox button to go back. And when it's not stuck, OneGuide and Store is not loaded anymore.
    • My Xbox One is basically unplayable and unusable...even the Xbox Preview Dashboard app crashed, saying that this app is only for preview program members only (how did I get this update otherwise if the app even tells me that I can't use it anymore?)
    • Game-wise, I now have a notification AFTER loading up a game (I used Forza Motorsport 6 for example) saying "WE COULDN'T GET YOUR LATEST SAVED DATA, and I pressed PLAY OFFLINE because this happened before with Halo: The Master Chief Collection. (UPDATE:
      I can't connect to Forza 6's SERVERS, so it must be network issues.)
    • My internet is STILL connected to my Xbox One. So it must be a system issue again.
    • BASICALLY my Xbox One is not usable right now because of this MAJOR issue.
    Is there a way to let anyone know when to fix any of these issues right now? This NEVER happened when I installed the New Xbox One Experience update last night and all was working perfectly. Thank you.

    When a member of support sees your post, they can grant you access to the forums. In the meantime, go to the guide, settings, restart Xbox to see if that helps with any of your issues.

    I got the new dashboard for my xbox one and ever since then when I press the middle console button on my controller my xbox hard resets and for some reason some of my dashboard is in a different language ive looked at my setting to see if my language is
    in English and it is so im not sure?

    UPDATE: This major problem only happens after I set my power options to energy-saving and after turning on the Xbox One, everything is gone. Instant-on seems to keep the update as functional as it is.
