    Everything seemed to be running fine last night. I did report a couple of issues but nothing major.

    This morning though, I am unable to play any games, load up any apps, or sign in as a different account.

    The Preview update has really been the worst ever!!

    The Support team haven't really helped or said anything to help. I now have a costly black box with no way of knowing when the service is going to be returning.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    Glitched acheivements

    So anyone else experience locked acheivements. Just beat the game on xbox one and my friend pointed out he had not seen me get any achievements yet. When I looked I noticed they were all locked and showed no progress. Any one no how to fix this?

    Why am I forced to pay for a service to use a service I am paying for?

    So is no one going to point out that in June you won't need a gold account to access those service?

    Seems like you and I have been *** in the *** by the "New Xbox One Experience". Like what the ***, MS? How does this *** happen? You and I basically got our consoles bricked.

    I've been chatting with their Support team for the last hour or so and nothing. Others must be experiencing this.

    Can we all band together and demand compensation? I pay for this service, and I pay for other services that are being affected by this. I'm loosing out.

    Have you done a full powers cycle by holding the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds, waiting until the light on the power supply goes from white to amber then unplug the power supply from the power outlet and wait until the light turns off , then turn
    back on and once everything has loaded try to sign out of your profile then sign back in.

    Try logging out on your Xbox and then back in. This seems to work for me but i have to do it everytime i start up the xbox
