New Xbox one Experience beta - problems report 10-28-15

I'd post this in "report a problem" if I could access it. It froze this morning.

There are some more issues with the beta Microsoft needs to look into...please see below.

-Accessing apps: Basic apps are reinstalling occasionally on startup of the xbox. "upload studio is ready to start" pops nearly every day. Ironically the preview program app is having the same issue.

-Microsoft edge has a number of issues: It occasionally doesn't recognize selecting the app for use with a button press. Video playback is a cluttered, clumsy affair, (outside of youtube of course), requiring a press on the page, then jump to a second window
with a thumb video, click that to expand, click again for full screen, and now thumbstick motions across the screen with the cursor arbitrarily raise or lower volume with out indicators that it's happening. This new interface also occasionally freezes the
video. For any detailed playback or editing tasks that are more complicated than "hit play and watch the whole video without stopping", this interface is cumbersome and an obstruction to use. It is even worse using the 1st party remote control. fast forward
and rewinding buttons do not function at all (STILL - a year after release), cmon Microsoft. The dpad cursor now jolts and jumps with each initial press making page navigation and clicking a shortcut an absolutely frustrating nightmare.

-Thank god nothing was changed with the recent/favorites/featured tabs. They work great. Please don't change/break these!

Back to the homepage/dashboard experience:

-audio cues navigating from tile to tile frequently go silent. This looks and sounds cheap. Please correct.

-Page switching from Home, to community, etc. frequently experience a delay (lag?), and almost always need a moment to reload their thumb/tile images.

-There is no intuitive direction on how to find: profiles, friends, achievements, game hubs, parties, messages and more. Obviously most all of this is in the new sidebar function. You will want to have an expository video on launch boot up, and to remain
featured for a month for reference. The new system is confusing. People are going to need help learning it.

-Sidebar functions: xbl party system...I don't get it. The party system on 360 was perfect. How did we lose this wonderful technology? Did it sink with Atlantis, lost to time? X one's party system has been a step down since its inception. It WAS getting
better, and yet the new setup seems to be causing the same problems we had at xbox one's launch.

-Party chat arbitrarily cuts out or closes.

-The new interface frequently fails to recognize microphones in the party.

-You can now have the party fail/close out on everyone with no notifications at all. Whee! (this is particularly befuddling to those party members still on the current home/dashboard system).

-The new invite format is cumbersome. It only helps if you're inviting multiple people to a party at once. double clicking one name should be a default confirmation. Don't me click a name and scroll all the way back up to confirm it.

-what happened to "invite to party AND game"? This is a critical fix needed! Many games chat/party lobby systems can be less than ideal. The xbl party system needs to be the go to system to make these matchups happen, like it always has been. PLEASE fix
this.

Miscellaneous issues/questions:

-Where is the upload app? Not studio, just upload; so I can just watch featured vids, friends vids, and game specific vids. Is it being absorbed into studio??

-Also I find it odd that there is a full tab for tv/movies now, yet the games/games store tab seems to have shrunk somehow?? Hopefully I'm imaging that.

In closing, the new xbox experience is working better than a few days ago when it invaded my box. But per the aforementioned that really just means it was supe-duper awful at first.
