    New Xbox One didn't have Quantum Break/Alan Wake codes


    I got a new Quantum Break Xbox One console on Thursday and when I got home I found out it was missing the card with the download codes for Quantum Break and Alan Wake. Is there a way to get these without returning the system? I had opened it and hooked it
    up before I noticed they were missing so I'm trying to not have to return it. I posted this in another forum and was told to come here. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

    hello, i still not received the quantum break code,i buy it at 04.04.2016,i just received alan wakes code now,

    • Alan Wake: American Nightmare
    • Quantum Break on Xbox One
    • Quantum Break on Windows 10
    • Alan Wake + additional content this four code,i only have one now!!!i dont know why?!please help me!!!

    I loved Alan Wake so would very much welcome Alan Wake 2.

    There was discussions of a Remaster of Alan Wake but MS have put out a statement saying they are focusing on Quantum Break but I can't see why not.

    Hey, bossk420! If you didn't get your codes in your bundle, then you will need to return it to the retailer. We are unable to provide any codes that come in retailer bundles because they are weighed specifically to have everything in them. Your retailer
    should be able to do a return for your console and get you one with everything in it. Thanks for understanding!

    Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

    Missing free games codes from Quantum break

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.
