    New Xbox One Dashboard wont access the dashboard


    I applied the update and used the new dashboard all day yesterday ,then this morning it keeps saying something went wrong with the error 0x80070490 ,it just stays there and wont go all the way to the dashboard ,i have tried hard resets and unplugging hdmi
    in and kinect still nothing . i chatted with Microsoft support and they said others were having similar issues but i cant access the preview forums to post it there

    Hi all,

    Since the new dashboard update, my EA Access hub app wont open. It just keeps booting back to dashboard. It gives an error code of 0x80070057.

    Any ideas?

    Is there a way to revert back Xbox username?

    This is true what you didnt understand is

    One only on new games it wont show and dashboard

    2 until older games are updated to recognize the new unecode names you will have the suffix ingame not the dashboard

    We need more customization and functionality on the Xbox One.

    Yeah profile stuff like profile images wont happen. They'll release gamer pics like they did with the Xbox 360, but they wont allow people to customize it with their own photo.

    Anyways, we'll get many different options in the future. Look at the 360 dashboard, it has changed so much, so expect to see some new things for the Xbox One Dashboard in the near future.
