New Xbox One Controller Software

Accessory:

New Xbox one controller with 3.5mm audio port.

Issue:

In an attempt to upgrade my gaming gear I bought a new headset and Xbox one controller that had a 3.5mm audio port for the headset. After trying out the controller it appeared that every time the left bumper was pressed then it would behave as if the left triggered
was pressed simultaneously. The trigger was never pulled.

Everything I tried:

-Plugging in USB and playing. (Nothing changed.)

-Verified that the update of the controller software was complete. (It was complete.)

-Reseting all controls to default even if they were already default. (Nothing changed.)

-Using the original controllers in the same way. (Old controllers work perfectly.)

-Using other games to see if the effect was the same. (Could not verify.)

-Contacted support and did everything he asked. (Told to take it bake for exchange.)

-Pressed all key combinations to see if they functioned correctly. (They worked fine.)

-Checked forums for Xbox and other sources for information. (Found nothing for this exact issue.)

What I know:

I found this issue while playing Warframe. The left bumper is to slide and the left trigger is to aim so while playing it, it was aiming while sliding without me wanting to. The effect lasted 1-3 seconds while the left bumper was held and it would stop before
the slide was complete. After talking to Microsoft support we both decided that I needed to return the controller and get a new one. It possibly was not necessary to return as I feel that it is actually an issue between the new controller software and the
game. After testing the new controller I found that the issue still occurs but only when I press the left thumbstick at the same time I press the left bumper. Pressing the left bumper by itself was not causing the effect. I tried different games but could
not get the same effect since the games had different results for each button. I did this repeatedly and I can control what is happening but it really messes with how I usually play.

Is this an issue in the game or the controller? I don't have this issue with any controllers but the new one with the 3.5mm port so I believe it has to do with the controller. Maybe it was the update?

Xbox One S Controller Loud Hissing Noise when Connecting Headset

I have the new Xbox One S Controller - when using the headphone adapter for the Xbox One Controller with the Tritton Headset - I get loud hissing sound. The Xbox Elite Controller however works fine, when connected to the Xbox One S Console. Is this something
to do with the update of the software on the controller, as the Elite controller has not been updated, so far as I am aware. Any suggestions?

 

problems with buzzing or vibrating on xbox one wireless controller after windows 10 recent update

a few days ago windows 10 updated their software. Since then the xbox one controller buzzes or vibrates when your trying to play. Support told me it was the controller and I neede a new one. I bought a new one and it still does it....not the controller.
Must be the windows 10 update. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
