My Xbox One Rechargeable Battery don't charging and my charge cable doesn't work correctly. How can I fix that problem?

Now I have a new problem regarding my controller which don't like my xbox 360 controller when comes charging battery every three hours and want to know if there an controller that is wired only.

Sorry to hear it. There could be an issue with the battery and/or cable. How long have you had them?

I bought them 3 months ago. The first time it worked fine, then I haven't used them for a some time. But a few weeks ago I noticed that the light is not on cable and it departs sometimes. Even if I trying to charge my phone with this cable. Battery don't
charging with any cable. So that my problem.

Are it an official Xbox play and charge kit or a 3rd party product?

Is the cable loose when you plug it into the controller? If it is then perhaps the usb port on the controller itself has come loose and is no longer making a proper connection.

Unfortunately accessories only have a 90 day warranty. If yours is beyond that I don't think that even phone support can help out.

It depends what charging station you mean.

If it's a charging station that plugs into the Micro USB port of the current Xbox One controllers, then it won't work, as the new controllers have an USB C type connector instead of the Micro USB connector.

If it's a third party charging station that comes with a special battery pack that has charging contacts on the outside, it might be possible that it still works.

But since you can use your existing Xbox One controllers on the Series X directly, you shouldn't need to use the new controller type, unless you really need to use the new share button.

So you can still use a Xbox One controller with a Xbox One charging station on the Xbox Series X.

But the rechargeable battery is my biggest issue with my PS4 controller is that it feels like I'm always charging controller where my Xbox One controller with play and charge kit attached lasts for ages between charges.

In addition to this if my play and charge battery dies I can just buy a new battery and not have to buy a complete new controller.

For the Xbox One controller to work on Windows RT there has to be a driver made for it. At the moment, I don't believe there is so you can't use an Xbox One controller.

As for your Xbox 360 controller, it's wireless. It will remain wireless even if you use the play and charge. Unlike the Xbox One controller, the 360 wireless controller can't be made wired by using a play and charge. If you want to use an Xbox 360 controller
on a Surface RT, it needs to be a wired one.

I'm having similar issues. I have a brand new Elite controller and new Play and Charge Kit. The first thing I did was insert the battery into the controller and plug it in the xbox one to fully charge. The xbox showed the controller as charging but, I didn't
realize this until later, the amber light never came on. After charging for a few hours and the light not coming on the cable, I unplugged it and checked the charge status on the xbox. It showed to be about 2/3 charged. I tried charging for a while longer
but it never seems to get beyond 2/3 charged.

I tried using the braided cable also but the results were the same. At one point the amber light came on on the cable, but it seemed really flaky. Just messing around with the cable a bit would make it turn on and off. When I was able to get the amber light
to stay on, I tried letting it charge like that for a while, but it still would never go beyond 2/3 charged.

Unfortunately, I don't have another controller to try the battery in so I'm not sure what to do at this point.
