    New Xbox One cannot update.


    Hi,

    Bought a Xbox One yesterday, connected up and turned on, it connects to wired internet with no issues. It then goes looking for update for the first time and says there is a problem. Have tried all the usual fixes turn off disconnect, reset modem etc.
    to no avail. Could the current Xbox live issues cause this? Thanks in advance.

    Yes many are, we cannot update at all now... I just got a new Xbox one and it cannot download the required startup update...lol

    Unfortunately you are right. If xbl encounters problems with core services or the login servers this may cause problems with updating your console as well. So please be patient and wait for the services to get back working and then try again. Thxs for your

    Unfortunately you are right. If xbl encounters problems with core services or the login servers this may cause problems with updating your console as well. So please be patient and wait for the services to get back working and then try again. Thxs for your
