New Xbox One AC bundle with Kinect, got Titanfall and BF4 for free?

I just got home and setup a new xbox one with kinect assassins creed bundle. Bought it brand new from best buy so it wasn't used or anything.

When i finally got to the dashboard after setting up all the kinect stuff i noticed a Titanfall and battlefield 4 icons on the bottom of the dashboard.

At first I thought it was just an advertisement for each game but I've used a xbox one before and decided to click on them. Each had 3 options "Install, See in Store, Cancel"

I hit install on both and both of them are currently downloading (very slowly) but I never paid for either of them.

Are these games free atm? was it for a new xbox purchase? I know I didn't pay for them because I didn't have any valid payment options on the account (gotta update cc).

I'm not sure if these will work after the download is done but I can't find anything anywhere on anyone who had games ready to install on a brand new xbox one outside of the bundled games. AC 4/5 have a code i have to enter to play them.

Can anyone help me out? Did I just get two games for free?

No, I owned a physical copy of BF4 for 360 but never bought Titanfall.

 

TF is worth what you paid for it........... $0

 

TF is about one of the only shooters on Xbox where players not in the US can play on acceptable ping..

 

Why do people hate on TF (e.g., kingvas)? It's not a bad game.

 

Any chance you've signed in with another username and got their downloads. Home console etc'?. For some reason I got Killer Instinct Season 2 for free the other day, however I've not played so I'm not sure if it works or not.
