    New Xbox Old Problem


    Okay so I took it upon myself to just give up and get a new xbox one since my Dragon Age Inquisition was not launching.
    That was after a console reset (3 times)
    I also bought every single version available.
    The game still will not launch. I click on it and it starts up, gets to the bioware intro, and then it closes/dashboards.
    Does anyone know what I can do?

    You may have to wait a few times... the game "Roblox" did that to me I had to wait for a few until I could launch it again

    All profiles can't play downloaded games

    I had the same problem, only I did the license transfer and other profiles on new xbox still can't play the games they were able to play on the old (dead) xbox. Why is it even new profiles on new xbox can't play the old games purchased on old xbox... I
    thought the license transfer should take care of that problem....

    I think it's not a problem with a the disc but with my xbox, a problem of compatibility between the new CoD and my old xbox.

    you need to call the customer support at 1800 4 my xbox and they will work with you to get your account info if they can

    Your TV may not have the capability to handle the XBox and the PS3, however this problem is probably caused by the old model XBox. The old XBox does not provide as good visual support as the new one.
